Approach
Interaction system. TypeScript, 2026.
Ahead, near, between, settle. Every link knows how surely the pointer is coming for it. The reading looks a moment ahead of the hand, measures to a link’s edge rather than its centre, lets neighbours share, and eases every answer in and out, so nothing ever flickers.
It comes down to one number, from nothing to certain, and the page decides what it means: an underline that darkens, a reflection that firms up, a shadow that lifts. One reading, many ways to show it.
